CATS- County Attorney traffic safety program

The County Attorney Traffic Safety Program may allow your traffic citation to be dismissed upon successful completion of the program.  The program consists of video content that can be viewed over the internet or by requesting a copy of the DVD, and either can be completed in the comfort of your own home.  Following the video, you will be asked to complete a series of questions based on the content in the video.  Upon successful completion of the program, the violation will be dismissed and no points will be assessed against your operator’s license.

*Please note that not all violations are eligible for the CATS program and each individual must be approved for the course by the County Attorney’s Office or by the Judge.
